A truly exceptional shepherd hut, the Lincoln is something very special. Featuring a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a living space that can accommodate a sofa bed, a four-person breakfast bar, a full kitchen and a beautiful shower room, this hut has it all. Spacious and airy, the hut boasts two double-glazed windows and two double doors to the outside, letting in sunlight to uplift the space further.
This stunning structure has electric underfloor heating throughout, and an 120-litre water tank for the perfect piping hot showers. The entire hut is insulated, making it ideal for any weather and a must-have for extending the staycation season on commercial sites or enjoying in your own garden.

A popular option we offer is the choice to upgrade your hut to sit on a steel chassis with a steerable turntable front axle. This allows you to move the hut more easily should you need to transport it, and it can be useful if your site has adverse climate conditions where a steel chassis may enhance the hut’s durability.
The Herdwick Off Grid – Packages from £3,999 + VAT
Take the Dorset off-grid! Our Herdwick cross package opens up locations for your hut where it may not have been possible in the past.
Electrical supply – To enable off-grid living, we replace the 240v system with 900 watts of solar panels and a 12v DC system. Solar power and a battery backup supply a 12v DC system that provides down-lighters throughout the hut. To complement this, we also install a 12v DC refrigerator and USB charge points.
Kitchen – We will replace the ceramic hob with a 2 burner LPG gas hob and an LPG oven fitted in place of the microwave, so there will be no compromise in kitchen capability when off-grid.
Water heating and heating – Installing an LPG instant hot water heater will provide all the hot water required. Heating options include woodburners, gas fires, or hot air systems.
Toilets – We can offer a composting toilet as a direct alternative or a range of other solutions around effluent capture and storage, dependent upon the extremity of the site and access.

We supply the Charlton & Jenrick, Go Eco 5 Adventurer, multi fuel stove.
